This week, brewers from around the world will gather in Philly for the annual Craft Beer Conference. 🍺
In collaboration with the Master Brewers Association, Rowan Brewery Science, Novonesis, MaltEurop and Liscio’s Bakery, we brewed Toast To Philly- a 5% crushable amber Rye Lager.
This beautiful beer had over 100 lbs of toasted Liscio’s rye added to the mash tun... the result? Liquid bread.

IT’S BACK BABY! After 7 long years, Le Grandé Demon is now on draft in our Glassboro taproom. Our Belgian golden strong ale is brewed with 300 lbs of locally sourced blueberry honey and clocks in at a smooth but dangerous 10.5% ABV. Also available in a Tangerines and Elephants version - just ask a server 🙌. Cheers! 🍻
