After 3 months off the bike to heal up my knee, a much needed session went down today. Thanks to the gang at 1855 for the invite and the additions to the top line. Nothing fancy here, but LeAnne managed to capture one of my better runs… never mind that little tag at the end. 😉
Today marks 40 yrs to the day of my very first BMX race.
Started the day with LeAnne and I doing a photo shoot to reenact some old memories. Followed by a ride out/meet and greet with @billslimallen (Cru Jones) from the 1986 cult classic… RAD!
Wrap it all up with a good meal with even better people and you’ll have yourself a good Saturday. 🤘
I didn’t take any riding pics from this weekends Rad Share/Ohio Trail Series jam at Ray’s, but I do have these shots of hanging with a solid crew. Riding, laughing and getting up waaay too early with a bunch of coffee drinkers. ☕️ 😵💫

Went out to the Hawk’s Nest and rode some backyard fun with Toby Hawk (old roommate that I haven’t seen in 15 yrs) and the Smallwood boys. Great times!
I’m a little bummed that I couldn’t muster up the courage (this time) for MF’ers or the Step Down line, but I did manage to have some fun on Towers at Coasters Trails in Middletown, OH… the most recent stop of the Ohio Trail Series.

Stop 6 of the Ohio Trail Series was held at The Jump Farm in Englewood this past Saturday.
As usual, fun was had! Cool backyard vibe with the usual crew and an old school trail feel. I love hitting all of these different spots!

The latest stop of the trail series (held at 1855) was a blast, and after most everyone had packed up and left, I finally mustered up the courage to hit these downhill doubles (they’ve been on my mind since last year). Thanks to Nathan Metcalf and Lenny Santiago for the encouragement, and LeAnne for the 🎥.
