| Honouring Martin “Da Godfather” Gallant |
On December 8th, friends gathered for a paddle-out in front of Café in honour of Martin.
A pioneer of Canadian snowboarding, Da Godfather helped shape the early freestyle scene and inspired countless riders with his passion and humility. Martin had been courageously battling pancreatic cancer since August 2025.
One last wave in Popoyo for him. Deepest condolences to all who knew him, from near or far.
