When we got introduced to @rinku.dutt1 , it was clear she was bean obsessed. A starter at one of her supper club menus was this Classic Punjabi rajma reimagined into BEAN KEBABS!
Queen red beans, a touch of feta, finished with a cooling raita + pomegranate seeds. When she told us about this dish, we were immediately like OH MY GOD. This HAS to be in the book!!!
She’s such a champ that not only she agreed to share the recipe in our cookbook, but also went the extra mile. Rinku invited us into her kitchen to make these kebabs together.

@ozlems_turkish_table knows this world inside out, and her chicken, vegetable + cannellini bean bake is exactly what you would find in one of those spots.
One tray, juicy chicken, loads of veg + Queen Cannellini Beans soaking up every last drop of that marinade. You’ll need to track down a red pepper paste to make this yourself - but trust us, SO worth it.

Our @ottolenghi collab Queen Black Chickpeas are the star here - smaller + darker than your average chickpea, with a deep, roasted, nutty flavour + a firm bite that holds up beautifully when crisped.
