⚡ First of all, who gave you all permission to be so nice? I’m deeply suspicious and also deeply grateful.🥺
I want to thank every single one of you for taking time out of your busy lives to make me feel special on my birthday. The wishes, prayers, posts, songs, the kind words that took me down the memory lane and reminded me how far I've gone; even the ones that were belated- all meant a lot.
You made growing older slightly less tragic and significantly more fun. May we always have reasons to celebrate one another. See you at the very top 🔝

⚡ Truth be told, I wasn’t sure I’d feel like celebrating today. This past year asked a lot of me. There were days I felt lost, tired, broken. But here I am. Still standing. Still hoping. Still trying.
And that’s worth celebrating.
So today, I’m not just celebrating another birthday. I’m celebrating resilience. I’m celebrating the strength I didn’t know I had. I’m celebrating every small step forward, every deep breath, every time I chose to keep going.
Here's a message to myself: keep your heads down, stay humble, stay focused. Learn from the stumbles and struggles of yesterday and push yourself to be better everyday, posterity demands it. I honestly can't wait to see you in a much better place and space within the next 365days.

⚡ It's yet another trip round the Sun ☀️ and even though I'm far from where I'd love to be, I acknowledge my accomplishments, my struggles, and my dreams. I recognize the person I've become and the person I'm still becoming. May this new year bring me closer to my true self, and may I continue to unfold with authenticity and purpose.
