The Downtown Library is CLOSED for electrical work Sunday, May 3, through Tuesday, May 12. It will REOPEN on Wednesday, May 13. A few important notes:
⢠Materials cannot be returned to the Downtown Library May 3-12. Instead, we ask you to return your materials to one of the other four Boise Public Library locations or to wait until the Downtown Library reopens on May 13. The four other Library locations will be open during their regular hours.
⢠Any holds that have not been picked up by May 3 at the Downtown Library will be available for pickup at the City Hall Lobby 8 a.m.-5 p.m., May 4-8 and May 11-12.
⢠Returns will not be accepted at City Hall.
Thank you for your patience and support as we complete this necessary work to ensure the Downtown Library is a safe and welcoming building for everyone in our community!

April is Community Helpers Month at BPL, a chance to meet the people who keep our city safe, clean, and connected. Boise Police, Ada County Paramedics, Republic Services and others will bring storytimes to life with special readings and chance to see their vehicles up close!
The official BCAF XIV poster has arrived...and it's glorious! It was created by Boise artist Julius Bridgeforth. Bridgeforth has designed album artwork, Treefort windows, and has several short comics coming out in anthologies later this year. @juliusbridgeforthart
