Here I am up a ladder. Painting a wall. For @auchentoshan at their distillery last August. It’s a wee abstract number (Quelle suprise) influenced by their whisky stills, the rolling hills and and all the delicious rain we get in Scotland that is turned into whisky.

This mural is an huge 18 metre gable end in Stobswell, Dundee. All will be revealed soon.
Unfortunately the rain has come in so less painting is happening today. And poor Finnula is unwell - so I’m in need of an assistant this week (paid). DM if interested.
We take heath and safety very seriously and all painting and dancing was done with everyone’s safety in mind.

I happened upon this mural that I'd painted recently - these gradient bits are based on protein crystals seen through a microscope - an important part of research into medication for deadly tropical diseases that they're doing in Dundee. Funded my he Wellcome Trust

This wee one was fun in the sun. And took a record time of 19 seconds to create. Not really it took an hour and a half. And I got loads of compliments from the friendly people of Govan, Glasgow.

Once upon a living room. Painted with @craigandrosepaints a wee while ago and still looking abso gorjmo. You’d think this much colour would be overwhelming in a living room but the calm pastel hues are really soothing, with just enough colour to bring with it a joyful atmosphere. You should get one! ✨✌🏼

It’s good to have a look back at how far you’ve come sometimes. When BOIIING started I only had a wheelie suitcase called ‘Jade’ - it says Jade on it - so I always knew I could trust it, (Jade is my cool AF sister’s name so it was obvious). I’d have to humph all my paints for a mural (which is a lot), tools, drop cloth, brushes, rollers, and carry my ladder on the subway, train and bus and drag all that heavy stuff all over the damn place, poor suitcases wheels squared off and the whole journey was a bit of a buckin bronko dragged down the street situation. And I loved it, getting to paint big ‘ol pictures for people is so fun, occasionally stressful. But now I can drive (car and scissor lift) - I have my own vehicle, and I can do much bigger mural jobs ANYWHERE! YAY! And I have designed and worked with loads of clients, Costa, Auchentoshan Whisky, Firstbus, NHS, Heverlee Beer, Wellcome Trust in Dundee, Revolver Hotels and big community projects like the latest one in Winchburgh. So thanks to everyone for all their support, and love. Books are open - so get me booked in for your next mural ☺️✨💖
