When I learned that Darci had passed away, I spent some time thinking about her. Although I had only known her for a few months, anyone who has lived abroad knows that relationships formed during that time develop with much greater intensity. This video is a tribute to a person who supported me through some of my hardest moments in Buenos Aires, and with whom I connected deeply in just a few encounters. She always emphasized the need and importance of sharing our thoughts with others, regardless of the means or how they might be perceived. Sharing whatever we think is always worth doing, and is a priceless action. Reading poetry, listening to a song, or seeing a picture might awaken thoughts we have kept to ourselves, only to realize that we are not as alone as we thought. I was lucky enough to make this piece with Pablo, whom I asked to help me express through images a monologue I had written some time ago and wanted to share with others. Thank you for commiting to my desire of giving Darci a sendoff she would have appreciated .

Darci, this is for you. I deeply miss you, just as I miss your artistic and musical advice. I hope you are proud of me, wherever you are right now.
