Sometimes I look back at this phase and genuinely don’t know how I did it 😵💫 I think that about a lot parts of @eatsnoods honestly.
Making S’NOODS started with me alone in my apartment trying to figure out something that didn’t really exist yet. I had a lot of second hand equipment I bought from older restaurants.
No roadmap.
No clear process.
Most chips like this are manufactured.
These aren’t just an average potato chip.
I spent months testing, tweaking, and failing in my apartment trying to figure it out this is what that actually looked like.
I walked away from Snack vs Chef with a title… and a LOT of questions. Spent a year googling, second-guessing, waiting.
Best advice I got?

It’s my mom’s birthday! So, here’s a reminder of these super yummy cheesecake brownies I developed because it was my favorite treat she would make when we were growing up 🥹♥️🎉
