Do you have fibroids but don’t know why?
Biomarkers and lab work can help pinpoint what is driving fibroid growth in your body, like inflammation, vitamin D deficiency, blood sugar issues, liver congestion, thyroid problems, and more.
Remember, “normal” doesn’t always mean optimal. If symptoms are loud, listen to your body.
Below are the 10 key fibroid biomarkers. Save this. Request these labs. And follow for more of the A-Z of Fibroids.
1) Estradiol (E2) – Estrogen can suppress autophagy by activating pro-survival pathways (e.g., Bcl-2). Elevated estradiol = lower autophagic signaling.
2) Progesterone – Similar to estrogen, high progesterone in fibroid tissue can inhibit apoptosis and autophagy, especially during the luteal phase.
3) Total Antioxidant Capacity (TAC) – Low TAC impairs the redox-sensitive pathways that trigger autophagy. Antioxidants help maintain autophagic readiness.
4) Malondialdehyde (MDA) – Elevated MDA reflects oxidative stress, which normally would trigger autophagy — but in fibroids, this response may be blunted.
5) 8-OHdG – DNA damage from ROS should trigger autophagy or apoptosis. High 8-OHdG + fibroid survival = autophagy dysfunction.
6) Glutathione (GSH) – GSH supports mitochondrial health and redox balance, both essential for proper autophagy activation.
7) Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) – SOD reduces ROS burden; without it, oxidative damage overwhelms the system, impairing autophagic control.
8) hs-CRP – Chronic inflammation (high CRP) can impair lysosomal function, disrupting autophagic flux and fibroid clearance.
9) Vitamin D (25-OH) – Vitamin D stimulates autophagy genes via the VDR (vitamin D receptor). Deficiency = impaired autophagic regulation.
10) Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) – High LDH reflects anaerobic metabolism and cellular stress. When autophagy is working, these damaged cells are cleared more efficient

Share with your sons!!!
As we learn to fight we also must understand that we dont want to fight! Teaching our young boys to not only control their emotions but watch the feminine energy around them.
Any woman or girls in your sons lives that push them into danger is NOT for them. Please let them know the importance of thinking and not allowing themselves to be controlled by that energy!
