IN THIS SEASON OF SHEDDING, I DON’T LIKE IT BUT, I can longer progress without it so this is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do.
.
God wants my full surrender but Satan wants my consumption so he can further deceive me.. I have to choose & consistently choose God.
.
& I’m not talking regular sins like smoking or sex, I’m talking:
- pride
- losing sense of self, so He can reinvent
- removing the coping mechanisms
- sitting IN the discomfort/pain
- recognizing my self sabotaging patterns but choosing to move different
- being conscious in the moment if anger so, I can recognize the tricks of the enemy
- having confidence & TRUST in what God says about me than my own thoughts
- constantly battling the FEELING of defeat
- being uncomfortable in rooms He placed me in that I don’t feel I belong..
- not allowing Satan to use my self sabotaging insecurities, against me.. & not hiding when I’m struggling to fight it
BUT INSTEAD choosing to walk boldly, with the victory and sanctification God granted me, THROUGH IT ALL..

Jesus knows exactly how to help me understand

Medicine ➡️ THE WORD OF GOD

Be mindful and vigilant.. 1 Peter 5:8 says:
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil prowls around LIKE a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” (ESV)

REMEMBER‼️Pollen doesn’t LOOK harmful but those with allergies KNOW TH EEFECTS.. SO ALSO REMEMBER, satan has NO POWER. We have dominion over demons and devils because of what Jesus Christ did for us, on the cross..
