We have a creamy puree of fennel an aged duck breast cooked to a beautiful medium topped with a cherry five spice and veal stock reduction garnished with crunchy pickled daikon and some elegant fennel tops

Here we have a scallop crudo topped with a cherry jalapeño salsa orange zest and couple of colour contrasting oils and citrus notes a marriage of beauty here!
