Alright bit of a post ahead. Last week I hit a big milestone, I joined the 250 club @f45parkdale . This year marks my 10 year anniversary of breaking my back. Ten years ago I didn’t think I would be here! This road has been filled with many ups and downs and at times so much uncertainty but no matter what I never gave up. I’m so thankful for @angiefeytattoo , the most patient and kind partner through all this. Love ya babe. 💕Theres no way I would have made it without you. It’s been an incredibly hard and long journey to recovery and (now beyond.) I’m eternally grateful for the continued support and constant encouragement from the coaches and the awesome community. You all keep me going and believing that I can push myself and do more. I’m excited to keep challenging myself and I can’t wait to see what’s next. Camp Reset this year is located at Camp Walden, 400 private acres of forest, rivers, lakes, meadows, camp grounds and trails! 🌲
With this wonderful lake, Reef is ready to guide you in a part meditation on the dock and part float in the lake. 🧘
This session will be a combination of light guided breathwork and simple techniques taught in the water to help find your flow and cultivate ease.
All levels of swimmers are welcome including first timers.
Life jackets and pool noodles provided.
Into other water activities? 🛶There is a slide, SUP boards, canoeing and kayaking!
