I made my own with the training I received from Fort Sill’s Fires Center of Excellence. Just like all the other accounts doing this, I too thought it was necessary to post. FIRES FIFTY 35. “TOPS - Take Other People’s Stuff.” #GOARMY #BEATNAVY #COMMUNICATELIKEASOLDIER OR #CURSELIKEASAILOR.

My favorite Pope from my lifetime. This guy was so relatable. He truly was a man of the people. Keep on blessing, sir! Thanks and praises to God and to all who are affected.

Highway 395 is the greatest highway in the United States. Subsequently, this makes it one of the greatest stretches in the universe. This stretch of road is where I found God, saved my life, and became wealthy with faith. #sierranevada #hwy395

Active Recovery. In a perfect world, or rather, when I’m fully fit, I like to not really have any days completely off except a few. Instead I like to do what is called “active recovery,” which is effectively either a high or low workload of an alternative (for me) athletic endeavor— active recovery can be used as a philosophy too for people who all walks of life. It can be something as honest and simple as hiking or it can be something questionable and complex like skydiving. I’m building a big base for my fitness right now so its Ruck-Run-Ruck-Run until I can start mixing up skiing or am able to use the ocean as something more than a classroom but a place to acquire a workout. Pictured here is myself rambling through the mountains of Southern California on a hike the day after I did a really hard workout. Hence, active recovery, the act of hiking as opposed to sitting on the couch the day after a hard workout that left me hobbling to my truck at the end.

On this day, I call for David’s Sling System and SkyCeptor Missile to be emplaced at all major U.S. bay areas. Odesa anti-air weapon systems taking out RU drones. We need these systems here on the West Coast from N-S, head to toe. And I know people are saying “no we don’t”..until those drones come out the thousands in Connex containers at our major bays, either in harbor or at sea themselves. And honestly, I just love the autonomous weapon systems. Regardless of Chinese threats to our pacific harbors. And even if we don’t get attacked by the chineses. A terrorist group could still get thousands of Walmart drones rigged with plastic explosives with timers or high speed low drag RF detonators — that’s a Jerry rigged drone from an Islamic extremist. Bare minimum, our major bays need David’s Sling and SkyCeptor missile intercepts from Raytheon Technologies.

Some wild Mustangs out in Nevada. I absolutely love running into these majestic beasts! It is as if these horses appear out of thin air. #publicspaces #wildhorse

Happy Olympics everyone! Never forget that SSG Rob Miller was a NCAA gymnast before he enlisted into the Special Forces and became a Green Beret. Rob Miller I consider to be a guardian angel of mine, living up to title given to MoH recipients, "guardian." I'm sure Rob would be pumped up about these games in Paris coming up! Congrats to everyone who made Team USA. Thought I would post this after such a great day in American gymnastics yesterday. Throw one back for the Green Beret in the sky! #robbiemiller #speciforces #USARMY #NCAA #Olympics
