The saying “you are the brand” IS a true statement, and people buy from brands not businesses. So, there is no better time than now to be thinking about your personal brand. But as promised, here are 3 tips.
1. Get in the habit of showing up for yourself.
You can’t build a personal brand if you don’t take the time to do so. Just show up!
2. Lean into the imperfections and stop trying to be perfect. Those quirks that you think make you different than everyone else are EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED TO SHOWCASE. In a world where everyone is trying to replicate each other, people are searching for authenticity. Be yourself!
3. Stop comparing yourself to others. Just because someone else has achieved the thing you want to achieve and you haven’t yet doesn’t mean you’re behind. Stay the course and keep growing. If all you do is look at what other people are doing, you’ll blink and 10 years will have passed with you in the passenger seat. You are you, they are them. Again, be yourself!

Ever so often I find myself going outside. This is one of the things that happened one of those times.
Having the opportunity to help people tell their stories all over the world is surreal. We don't always think about how cool the thing we are doing is in the moment, but I am so grateful that this is what I get to do for a living. The work that @audioscripture is doing is incredible and I'm always thrilled to jump in and be a part of the mission. Shout out to @jamiejofrommexico for assisting with this interview.

I have been having a blast getting to know these guys as we create this HVAC docuseries. They went from "oh no, I'm not ready to be on camera" to "eh!!! Bobby's here with that fancy camera". Apparently, there have also been many instances where people have asked for autographs, as well as phone calls to @moore_golf13 , congratulating him on his "Netflix special".
This company does legitimate work and they care about the work they do. I was fortunate enough 😒 to have the unit at my house stop working, but Elevate was able to work me into their already busy schedule to get our unit replaced just in time for these South Carolina summers. This wasn't supposed to be a testimonial for them, but I suppose you could give them a call with all of your HVAC needs.

I was yesterday years old when I learned that this lighting technique is called Chiaroscuro (don't ask me how to pronounce it because I will butcher it intentionally).
