On Sunday, May 24th, The Boathouse DTK presents The Music of Mo’ Kauffey — a heartfelt tribute to a truly unforgettable artist. Nearly a decade after his passing, Mo’s legacy lives on through the musicians who knew him best. Led by longtime collaborator Kent MacMillan, this tribute performance celebrates Mo’s music, spirit, and deep connection to the local scene. With special guest appearances, this will be an afternoon of stories, soul, and seriously good music you won’t want to miss. 2pm - 5pm. Reservations Recommended.

Ryan is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, with a focus on singing and fiddling. During the day, Ryan teaches Vocal Music in Waterloo Region’s Integrated Arts Program at Eastwood Collegiate. Beyond that, he is passionate about building community and connection through conducting choirs, hosting open mic nights, and writing and sharing his own music about a life lived all across Canada and around the world.
