Thank you @billboard for recognizing @mikecaren and me on the Power 100 list. We have an incredible culture, company, and artists at @artistpg that I feel so fired up to work with every day. This is my 25th year in the music industry and first time on the Power 100 list. Staying uncomfortable, putting in the work, and leading with enthusiasm and optimism has been the blueprint for how I’ve gotten to this point. Extremely grateful to be partners with @mikecaren on this journey.

Twenty Five years ago today I walked in with a full suit and tie to the Arista Records regional branch in Greenbelt, MD to begin my first internship with @jimmy_hifi . The BMG Mid-Atlantic branch was a magical place full of superstars. I got the internship thanks to @donniesimpsonsr and @theamitchem who connected the dots. Over the past 25 years there were a handful of significant forks in the road where I trusted my gut and made the right decision each time. Those decisions got me to the wonderful place I’m at now with @artistpg . Here’s to the next 25 years of having fun and helping dreams come true. This photo is when Dido was ascending in 2000 and Eminem had sampled “thank you” for “Stan” a few months earlier. She had just played a sold out show at @930club in DC. Blessed to have @ashleymegan56 by my side from before day 1.
Nothing better than watching sports on the couch with Saf. And now we have a winning football team to root for. So incredible to watch that game last night and see the Commanders pull off what so many believed they could do.
