It took me a while to find the courage to post these photos. And honestly, I almost forgot to give myself proper credit because an OD triathlon is no small thing to conquer.
Yes, I was the only one in my age group. And yes, I’m still so incredibly PROUD of myself for all the hard training I’ve put in. A 3:13 finish time and 4th place overall in the female category isn’t too bad for a first-timer after all🤞🏻
And let this be your reminder: believe in yourself and don’t let anyone’s words diminish your effort. Here’s to conquering more challenges in life and to many more triathlon races, because I’m officially hooked!🫶🏻
