My Schranzphoria EP is out now! 🥵✌️ I'm really proud to release this Schranz themed EP, "Schranzphoria," inspired by many great Schranz artist such as @svetec_official , @triptykh and Instigator. Track 1, UTOPIA, features an engaging song structure, with multiple lead synths, lots of synth and perc stabs and a bass synth stab. The middle section features an iconic screechy style lead synth that comes in out of nowhere after the track's long buildup.💥 Track 2, Schranzlucent , is a track featuring many influences of Schranz, not only including heavy sidechaining of all the sounds but also lots of erratic breaks and frequent fading in and out of the drum sounds.⚡️ Track 3, Taste the Grit, explores a more consistent approach of Schranz, with lots of vocal stabs and perc stabs grooving with each other throughout the track which helps it maintain a very constant level of energy. 💨 It's great to see so many DJs in the hardtechno scene who I look up to download the tracks from this EP to add to their track collections for playing live. ‘X Y Z’ EP IS FINALLY HERE!!! 🗣️🔥 With my new EP, I take another delve into the realms of groovy techno. What I’ve done here is combine my love for hypnotic synths with groovy basslines and years of music experience to create a really sweet EP that I hope everyone enjoys. Yes, I can — and likely will — create more music in this style. I’m super proud of how this project came together, and talented artist @bezwiley has done a fantastic job on the cover art, so shoutout to him! The EP’s first track is mega hypnotic and reminds me a lot of underground Australian raves. The second track is a very experimental and minimal tune that features some really cool synths. Lastly, the third track is all about building up layered melodies over time and keeping that really fun energy alive throughout the whole track. BMT’S 2026 DEBUT HAS LANDED In late January I released Forbidden Memories to the world and the support has been fantastic so far. This track is one of my favourites to date. The bassline was a complete ‘happy accident’ which then helped give the project its direction. This track is also the first time I’ve sampled my own voice, using a recording of me slowly exhaling to add depth and atmosphere where appropriate. I’ll let you discover these exhales for yourself! One feature of the track that really stands out is the stereo play between the synth and vocals : the synth sweeps left to right while the vocals pan in the opposite direction. When they overlap it creates a sensation as if these sounds are orbiting around your head while listening on headphones! The drums are very energetic often featuring rapid claps layered tightly over the kick, accompanied by fast, bright hi-hats. The arrangement hints at the revolving synth early, giving listeners a glimpse of what’s to come. The breakdowns are all about creating atmosphere and tension to pull the listener in before the drops hit with loads of energy, driven by impact FX and a hard-hitting kick and sub. ☯️ YIN YANG EP /// LIVE NOW 🛰️ With my new two-track EP Yin Yang, I set out to explore the kind of contrast that can only be created by opposing energies. Inspired by the ancient concept of duality—light and dark, soft and hard, tension and release—I began this project with a focus on balance and contrast in sound. One of the biggest challenges I gave myself was working at the slowest tempos I’ve ever produced: 123 and 130 BPM. Slowing things down opened up a new world of detail. Every texture and nuance became more exposed, which meant I had to be even more precise with sound design and mixing. Less room to hide—more space to shape. Track one, “ToldYouTwice,” is a seven-minute journey with a warm, saturated bassline that’s sub-heavy yet still melodic enough to cut through on small speakers, thanks to careful use of saturation. Rich atmospheres and razor-sharp drums carry the track forward, and those paying close attention might recognize a familiar old vocal sample tucked inside. Track two, “IN-OS,” leans into a much moodier, industrial vibe. The energy is tighter, darker, and more experimental—driven by strange metallic percussion (including a “clap” made from an actual foley recording of clanging metal I found on Bandcamp). The sound design here came from chasing textures that felt gritty, tactile, and human. What I love most about this EP is how opposite the two tracks are—uplifting and spacious vs. brooding and condensed. That contrast is the essence of Yin Yang: opposing forces that complete each other. As always, these tracks were made by me—for me. Every BMT release is like a time-stamped diary entry, capturing the emotions and ideas I was moving through at the time.
