👏🏾💪🏾✊🏾Get @reshare_app • @thewiserunner Possum kingdom lake for a trail race and feet stuff came up alot more than I expected. And shout out to the lady at the aid station who said I look like Prince with Muscles. I blushed for half the race.
Life on the trails. Switching it up a little each week. Being in nature really gives you the chance to clear your mind.

With heavy heart, it’s hard not to think about the Brothers we’ve lost; men who inspired us, uplifted us, and helped shape the paths we walk today. We carry their legacy with honor, commitment, and integrity.
We understand that we may not always get to share the same moments anymore, but their spirit continues to run beside us. It lives in our strides, our laughter, our resilience, and in the bonds we continue to build.
To honor their legacy, we must recognize the gift we still have; the gift of life, of movement, and the Brotherhood. In that recognition, we show up fully, support one another, and carry their memory forward with purpose.
We don’t just remember them; we live in a way that honors how they would want us to carry on.

Five years ago, we started with a vision; and we built this from the ground up. Brick by brick. Mile by mile. Miles turned into purpose and appreciation for the journey we share together. Nothin’ was given to us it was earned every stride at a time. Wise man once said, “If You Build It; They Will Come” This Month BMR-Denver turns 1️⃣2️⃣ 🥳🥳🥳🎉🎊🎉🎊🍾
What we have today didn’t happen overnight. It came from consistency, belief, and a deep commitment to the Brotherhood. Were “More Than A Run Club”
And now, as we stand here, we’re not just celebrating the past; we’re looking forward.
The next five years will require us to shape, inform, refine, and improve what we’ve built. To grow with purpose. To lead with intention, influence, and impact. And to continue building something that’s far greater than all of us. We’re all excited for this journey that lies ahead; but more importantly, We are all extremely Humble and Grateful.
Because none of this would have been possible without each of you. The men who showed up, stayed committed, and helped turn this vision into something real. 12 Years as @blackmenrundenver Chapter and 13 Years as a Brand under @blackmenrun - Brotherhood / Health / Unity! ✊🏾
This is more than a milestone. This is an iconic moment for @blackmenrundenver and for @blackmenrun . 🫡✊🏾💪🏾
