Congratulations to our dog, Rudy, who just passed his pet therapy certification test! Now he can visit hospitals, schools, libraries, nursing homes and other places where dogs provide comfort to people. When we rescued Rudy from a kill shelter in Georgia, we knew he was special. Calm, gentle, obedient, and always eager to comfort someone. What a beautiful gift today, on Clare’s 9th birthday, to see her dog begin a life of service. Our hearts are full of love and gratitude.
