Fulton drive project involves the expansion of an existing warehouse and the addition of a new 4,000sqm super canopy with an integrated dock office. Alongside a full-scale refurbishment of the existing administrative spaces. The office upgrade introduces meeting rooms, new change rooms and upgraded toilet facilities. Externally, the site benefits from substantial improvements: newly paved driveways and hardstand zones for better logistics and vehicle circulation, expanded parking capacity and landscaping.
