From non-league football at 15, To signing for Leicester City at 19, To completely losing myself at 24.
This is the part no one saw. The injuries, the identity crisis, The fear of what now when football faded.
Becoming a dad changed everything. So did failing at it, at first. No energy, no routine, no direction. I felt like a shadow of the man I used to be.
But slowly, I made changes. Fifteen-minute workouts, more steps, protein on every plate. Early nights, meal prep, discipline over motivation.
Now I help other busy dads rebuild too, one habit at a time.
If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone. DM me “CHANGE” and I’ll send you the link to book a free call.
Let’s build your comeback, properly.

A lot of people see the sweat, pain and exhaustion.
We feel clarity.
There’s something quite hard to explain about finishing a brutal session and walking out feeling calmer, sharper and more alive than when you walked in.
Life stresses, the pressure, the overthinking,
It all goes quiet for the next few hours.
Your body’s exhausted, but your mind feels powerful.
The endorphins, the routine, the discipline, the feeling of overcoming something difficult, it’s addictive in the best way possible.
Some people hear “gym torture”, but I hear it as therapy.
And honestly?
Once you’ve experienced that feeling properly & regularly, you realise the workout was never just about building muscle.
It was about building yourself.
Never give up! - A great start to the week yesterday. My first little gym session! A milestone and goal I’ve wanted to achieve for so long! @blythy9 you made it possible mate! Thank you! Tailoring me a programme entirely to me, within all my medical boundaries in this recovery. Your Dad is getting stronger everyday little boy… just in time for your arrival!

3 weeks to go until we’re a family of 4 🧑🧑🧒🧒
Today’s “how to wear a toddler out” was as follows :
1. Walk to the shop for MilkyWay magic stars
2. Game of football
3. Hide from the stegosaurus, pterodactyl & T-Rex
4. Full body gym session
Making the most of it because soon it could be Barbie’s & Bratz thrown into the mix 👶🏼💅🏻👍🏼
