I love the art of posing and every season my goal is to be better at it and better at presenting it

Here is the Final version from Nationals pro qualifier in Melbourne!
Becoming an IFBB Men’s Physique Pro was never something I obsessed over from day one.
At my first show, I just wanted to prove I deserved to stand on that stage.
At the second, I knew I could improve my prep and bring a better version of myself.
By the third, I wanted redemption.
And at the Arnold’s Australia I won my class and went into an overall where I would fight for my first pro card attempt.
After missing out I started competing more and internationally, learning from every prep, every setback, every win.
Chasing the pro card became the natural progression of the work I’d already committed to.
The sport has evolved.
The standard is higher, the competition is deeper, and the level of amateur athletes today is unreal.
Coaching, protocols, conditioning, presentation — everything has changed.
Going into this show, my goal wasn’t perfection. I knew I didn’t have the best body parts or the sharpest conditioning on stage.
But I focused on bringing a complete look, the best version of me possible.
Sometimes that’s all you can do — show up prepared, trust the process, and let the judges decide.
If the stars align and your work speaks loud enough, the reward comes.
Dreams don’t always start as dreams.
Sometimes they start with simply wanting to be better than you were yesterday. 💫

This feeling… and knowing my little ones are watching, cheering for me, and seeing their mum chase her dreams no matter how hard it gets♥️
From moving countries, becoming a mum of two, rebuilding myself more times than I can count… to stepping on a national @ifbbproleagueoz stage — this journey was never just about bodybuilding.
It’s about showing my kids that you don’t stop dreaming because life gets busy.
You don’t give up on yourself because things get hard.
And you’re never “too late” or “too old” to become the person you want to be.
