Finally sharing this fun & whimsical cake from October with a subtle nod to the bride’s favorite movie! I had so much fun working with Heather & Gabriel to design their wedding cake.
A classic, clean and white wedding cake is gorgeous, but the amazing & wonderful thing about wedding cake design is that no two need to be the same. The cake should be thought about & designed just like your other decor because it will be a part of that space, seen in the background of photos, and having its very own moment in the reception!
I always encourage clients to share things like linen swatches, florals, stationary, and color palettes so we can pull inspiration & create your one of a kind, perfect wedding cake!
The inside featured delicious options for guests too!

🎨 Abstract + watercolor = my favorite kind of mountains! A smooth buttercream finish is a fun canvas for some edible watercolor. Swipe to the second pic to see the details up close!
The wedding was held at @bernardslanding775 & my clients wanted to incorporate the beautiful mountains that create the backdrop to the lake - plus a little shine! Edible silver leaf is always a fun pop!

I was honored to be a part of the tasting event held at The Seclusion this weekend! It was a gorgeous evening & so nice chatting with clients & vendor friends.
Sometimes when I have full creative freedom for a design, I go into it not knowing at all my plan. With this cake, I started with flowers. I knew I wanted those to be the moment, but how it would all come to life in the end was something I didn’t know until the cake was covered in a smooth base of fondant & ready for the design!
There were changes to the plan along the way as I added & edited the design in real time, but I’m so happy with the final design!
Always grateful for moments when I get to challenge myself & creativity! ✨

A cake fit for the perfect Valentine’s Day wedding! 💕
Yesterday was the kick off of my 2026 season with this romantic, blush beauty! The outside featured hexagon shaped tiers with edible sequins & buttercream designs in palette knife, brushed embroidery, hand-piped and stenciled techniques. All in the perfect tone of blush!
The inside? Just as delicious with two flavors!

I’ve been spending a lot of time sitting down & dreaming up new cake designs & dessert flavors with clients recently & I’m so excited for the year ahead!
This beautiful, buttercream beauty was my last cake of 2025! A wintery & all-white palette knife design paired with a few fondant appliqués made for the perfect amount of texture & dimension.
The inside was filled with two flavors - one for fruit lovers & one for those who love a touch of chocolate!

I was honored to be a part of the last wedding at @sundaraevents at the end of October! It’s so bittersweet knowing that I won’t be delivering cakes there anymore. Working with Cari & the Sundara team over the years has always been such a pleasure & I will miss our catch ups under the tent!
The last wedding cake was a real beauty! The perfect muted green with the most delicate, hand-piped details. I loved how it turned out! The soft fresh florals added the perfect touch of color & texture.
The inside was just as delectable, and was filled with
a classic almond vanilla bean cake, raspberry jam, and almond buttercream. And for the dessert lovers, there was a dessert table with cake shooters, cookies, bars, and eclairs as well!
