At Bluesila there are always a few different parties:
🔥 an infomal bbq party with dancing, grilling and a giant fire that gathers everyone for both dancing and sharing stories;
🌳 a day-time Lake picnic party to chill, sunbathe, swim in the lake and dance;
🎩 Fri and Sat parties where we get to dress up;
☀️ Sun farewell party in Vilnius with panoramic views so you can dance your goodbyes with the sun setting in the background.
There is an open-air Wed pre-party in Vilnius, too!

As we want to maintain a dance role balance in the camp, passes are available for leads or couples (meaning lead and follow both indicate each other as a partner during the registration).

🍏Personal emails with payment info will reach you in the beginning (ideally) or middle of next week. Our team is working very hard to manage the workload and we thank you for your patience - we do everything by hand, so it takes time. Please follow payment instructions to secure your spot! Don't forget to check your spam folder, too.

Last year we have experienced some web crashes because so many of you wanted to grab your spot. While we take it as a big compliment (and thank you sincerely!) we want to assure you - if we see that the website is being buggy at the time of registration start, we will also share the direct link to the registration form, so that is the web is down you can still register. Let's talk about levels and auditions - there are some new things this year!🍎
At Bluesila we aim to create a good and comfortable learning environment for all the dancers. All the participants are responsible for it, therefore we ask you to carefully read level descriptions on the website and choose your level honestly. After all, these level descriptions only tell you where you’ll get the most out of the classes – and nothing more!
This year both LEVEL 3 and LEVEL 4 are audition only. Important – during the audition you can be moved either up or down to a different level to make sure all groups can have a well-balanced learning experience.

Let's talk about accommodation.🍎
Many of you have been inquiring about accommodation options, so let's break it down a little:
First, our camp takes place in a campsite called Rūta. It is situated by Bebrusai lake, close to Molėtai town. If you have been here, you know, that the campsite is truly authentic - little huts in forrest, and being here does have a feeling of traveling back in time. Do not expect air conditioning, or fancy bed sheets. It is a campsite in a middle of a forrest after all!
🍏STANDARD accommodation is included in your pass (full or party) price. Each house has its own fireplace and a mini kitchen, with 3 to 7 beds in each room. IMPORTANT: shower and WC are in general facilities.
🍎COMFORT accommodation in Rūta - more private huts a bit further away. WC and shower is inside, mini kitchen and fridge. Up to 8 people per house. 90 places available.
🍎COMFORT PLUS accommodation in Belvilis - this year we are including an additional option to stay in a nearby hotel Belvilis. If vintage huts are not for you or you need more privacy, rooms here are hotel like - some come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a terrace, and a private bathroom with a bath or a shower. The interiors feature parquet floors, WI-FI on site. 10 rooms available (single or double beds).
COMFORT and COMFORT PLUS accommodation cost extra - if you want to stay there, make sure you mark it during the registration, as these are distributed as a 'first come- first served' basis.
As per usual, if you know who you want to stay with - write their names in the registration form and we will try our best to accommodate all the requests.

There is a very special treat waiting for all of you. Last year they all played together at Bluesila and this year they are returning with a bang - get ready to dance your heart out to Jessie and The Kings! 🍎
Woven from a truly global band of musicians from Australia, Italy, Spain, Serbia and Germany, Jessie and the Kings blend the ache of the blues, the groove of soul and the heartbeat of roots music into the 21st century.
The band is fronted by the captivating Jessie Gordon, known for her shapeshifting voice capable of switching between sultry jazz and wailing blues. Jessie brings a magnetic presence to the stage and the skill of a seasoned bandleader, songwriter and storyteller.
The band features iconic bluesman Stef Rosen from Berlin on guitar and vocals, a true craftsman with his deep knowledge of traditional blues, he showcases incredible dexterity on the guitar and heartbreaking vulnerability in his song writing. Stef’s performances are a masterclass in simplicity and clarity.
Joining them from Australia is Mark Turner, also on guitar and vocals. Mark is a firecracker with energy to burn, talent flowing seamlessly from his fingers, harmonies and joy flowing effortlessly in his vocal stylings.
From Serbia, Marko Jovanovic brings his musical mastery in the form of a perfectly phrased harmonica. Marko has a delicacy and subtlety that is rarely found in the world of blues harp. His choices are timed and tuned with such precision, and yet his most profound skill is his ability to play from his heart.
The band is held together by Paolo Furio Marasso and Lorenzo Bergamino on bass and drums, providing the backbone, the heart and the soul of this musical extravaganza. These two have known each other for decades and it shows in their impeccable groove, their immediate rapport, their incomparable feel.
This band is all-star talent, bringing you world-class entertainment, one blues song at a time.
