Transforming a carpark into a party!
Captured for Blu Event Productions. This shoot for Le Dîner en Blanc Melbourne required a suite of hero images to build the 2027 campaign. The transformation was absolute: a Fed Square carpark converted into a high-energy club with city views for one night only. Our focus was on documenting the scale of the build and the atmosphere of the event. Blu Event Productions managed the entire lifecycle, from daytime installation to an overnight pack-down that left the site clear by morning. Wetlands with a purpose
Capturing the Villawood wetlands required precise timing to document the space at its highest utility. We focused on the essential infrastructure that defines this community asset, including the integrated workout area, the bridge, and the diverse plant life. A key priority was highlighting the pathway system, which serves as a vital and safe connection for local students travelling to school. By selecting specific vantage points and peak hours, we produced a suite of images that demonstrate how functional landscape design supports daily community movement and wellbeing.

- Contrasting tones between the seating and clothing (light chair with dark outfit, or vice versa)
- Texture or gradient in the background -enough to add interest without being distracting
- Varying posing for each person to keep the collection dynamic and engaging
- A light background colour to avoid the subject blending into the background
- Soft flattering lighting that catches eye catchlights whilst creating shadow for depth
