Two years ago we launched my own streaming site. Subscriptions to my site included on demand Pilates classes (with or without equipment), tutorials on exercises and props. You also get access to an ever growing library of Kathy Grant exercises, body mechanics videos from Dr. Marshall Hagins and even Indian Club swinging!
