Amber’s big day! @amberfreemantv is kicking off a new era of our sister show, @bloom_tv . As the new host, she brings her own active lifestyle to coverage of everyday health and wellness trends. She’s ready to help viewers learn about workout routines, nutrition hacks and more. Plus, expect to see Amber out in the Tampa Bay community, as well hosting the @bloomhealthclub podcast. With over two decades of TV experience, “Bloom” marks Amber’s return home to the sunshine state. Fun fact: she’s a University of Florida alum and was a member of the UF Equestrian Team.
“I’m so happy to be back here and to be exploring. I’m passionate about health and fitness,” she said. “I can’t wait to bloom with all of our viewers.”
Today is my final day as host of Bloom… and wow, what an incredible ride it has been.
It’s a bittersweet moment as I step into my next chapter — both professionally and personally — embracing this season of becoming an empty nester. Helping build Bloom from the ground up has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. What started as a vision grew into a globally syndicated platform that I will forever be proud of.
But more than the show itself, it’s the people who made it so special.
The friendships I’ve made along the way — friendships that feel like family — are what I will cherish most. I will miss seeing their faces every single day.
I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to my incredible team for putting together such an amazing finale show. You made today so special and so memorable for me. And thank you to @sugarita111 for the absolutely delicious gluten-free cake — such a thoughtful (and very appreciated!) touch.
I’m incredibly excited about what’s ahead… aligning with Tampa Bay companies I truly believe in, creating meaningful content, and having the flexibility to travel with my wonderfully supportive family.
To our viewers — thank you for welcoming us into your homes and helping us build something so special. To our amazing guests — thank you for sharing your knowledge, your stories, and your hearts. You didn’t just appear on the show… you became part of the Bloom family.
I am eternally grateful for all of it.
And just to be clear — I’m not retiring… I’m pivoting. 😊 I’m celebrating what’s next.
When I shared my plans with Channel 8 a year ago, it felt like an eternity away… and now, here we are. Today is the day.
Thank you for believing in me. 🌸

Crazy how something that once scared me — speaking on camera — is now becoming one of my favorite things to do. When you know your craft, purpose speaks louder than fear.
Step into the opportunity. 🙏🏽
