If you shift your focus to yourself, instead of a person who broke you, you’ll realize that all along you had the power to choose happiness by simply walking away.

Healthy routines, breed healthy minds, breed success. Ok, I just made that up, kind of...but I liked this routine compilation and thought you would too.

💙I want to start loving myself correctly”💙 - I love how gellyyycious frames this sentiment. It’s the small things that can lead to big shifts in our life. Also, just me, or is her voice SO soothing...

I’m following her lead because good habits are hard to break. We feel better when we see ourselves being successful every day. Success can be making it to the gym, eating a healthy meal, seeing a friend, and finishing a project!

Here’s where I’m supposed to say: “Allow yourself space to see the ups and downs. What’s the point of the ride if you just stay on a flat road? Etc, etc…” Who else is trying to trust the process? Is there a sign we’re supposed to see? What if we don’t trust the process? Not for lack of patience, but because the process is flawed. I think this year is all about trying to create a new process. A new way of viewing the world and what we each want from it. How are you redefining that for yourself? I’m taking notes...
Now that I’m in my 30’s, skincare is pretty serious. I’m dealing with things like Melasma (possibly more hormone-related from bc, more on this later), sun spots, smile lines...you name it. *wishing 20’s me wore that hat more* So take it from me, you can’t have #hotgirlsummer without SPF. Skin protection is the #1 thing you can do to prevent sun damage. Fancy lasers and peels are cool, but saving $$$$ because you did the preventative care is even cooler. Some of my favorites are @supergoop , @eltamdskincare ,@larocheposay , @pipettebaby .
