If you were my sister… and you came to me saying “I want to look fresher, a little lifted, and like myself… just less tired”—this is where I’d start: ✨ Sculptra to rebuild collagen and create the kind of support that ages beautifully ✨ Strategic tox to soften the muscles that pull the face downward and create a subtle lift ✨ Thoughtful filler only where volume loss is actually creating heaviness or shadowing ✨ PRF EZ Gel for regenerative volume, skin quality, and that healthy glow using your own biology Because at Bloom, our approach has never been about changing faces or chasing trends. It’s about understanding anatomy, respecting your natural beauty, and helping you age in a way that still feels completely you. The best aesthetic work should have people saying… “You look so good… what did you do!?” 🤍 #BloomWomensHealth #AgingWithIntention #NaturalAesthetics #FacialBalancing #Sculptra

PCOS is officially being renamed PMOS — Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. And honestly? We think this shift matters. For years, the name “PCOS” implied this condition was simply about ovarian cysts — when in reality, it affects the entire body: • hormones • metabolism • insulin regulation • inflammation • fertility • cardiovascular health • mental health Many women with PCOS don’t even have ovarian cysts. The new name aims to better reflect the true complexity of this condition and improve education, diagnosis, and care worldwide. At Bloom, we believe women deserve root-cause, whole-body care — especially when it comes to hormone and metabolic health. This is more than a name change. It’s a shift toward better women’s health care. #PMOS #PCOS #HormoneHealth #WomensHealth #BoiseWomensHealth FertilityHealth MetabolicHealth

New research is changing how we understand PMDD. It’s not that your hormones are “too high” or “out of control.” In most cases, levels are completely normal. The difference? ➡️ Your brain’s sensitivity to hormonal shifts—especially to a progesterone metabolite called allopregnanolone. This is why symptoms can feel so intense in the second half of your cycle. PMDD is not in your head. It’s a real, biologic response—and it deserves real solutions. At Bloom, we take a root-cause, personalized approach to cycle-related mood symptoms so you can feel like yourself again. 🤎 #PMDD #HormoneHealth #WomensMentalHealth #CycleHealth #WomenDeserveBetter

Mother’s Day can hold joy, gratitude, longing, grief, love, hope… and sometimes all of it at once. 🤍 Today we honor every version of motherhood. The mothers. The women waiting and hoping. The ones navigating loss. The ones questioning what their path will look like. The nurturers, caregivers, and women who pour so much into others every single day. However this day feels for you, your story matters here. You are seen. You are held. You are not alone. With love, Bloom #MothersDay #WomensHealth #BloomWomensHealth #YouAreSeen #MotherhoodJourney

Before we were founders… we were patients. Women navigating our own health journeys. Asking questions. Searching for answers. Feeling frustrated by a system that too often made women feel like a number. Those experiences became the foundation for something bigger than us. Bloom was built from late-night conversations, shared frustrations, big dreams, and one simple belief: women deserve better. Better care. Better answers. Better advocacy. Better medicine. This is the story behind why we built Bloom. And why this work means so much to us. 🤍 #BloomWomensHealth #FounderStory #WomenDeserveBetter #WomensHealth #BoiseWomen

We’re so excited to officially welcome Jordan Gunkel, PA-C to Bloom Women’s Health. Jordan brings nearly a decade of experience caring for patients across family medicine, women’s health, and urgent care—with an additional background in metabolic and cancer research that shaped her passion for understanding health on a deeper level. But what truly makes Jordan special is why she does this work. Through both her personal experiences as a patient and years in clinical practice, she saw firsthand how often women leave healthcare appointments feeling unheard, dismissed, or without real answers. That experience fueled her commitment to doing medicine differently. Jordan’s approach is rooted in listening deeply, finding the root cause of symptoms, and creating thoughtful, individualized care plans that empower women to understand and trust their bodies. Her growing passion for hormone optimization, perimenopause, menopause, and whole-person women’s health makes her an incredible addition to the Bloom team. After experiencing Bloom as a patient herself, she knew this was the kind of medicine she wanted to practice—and we couldn’t be more honored to have her here. Please join us in giving Jordan the warmest Bloom welcome 🤍 #BloomWomensHealth #MeetTheProvider #WomensHealth

Painful periods are common. That does not make them normal. One supplement with actual randomized controlled trial data behind it? Vitamin E. Research suggests vitamin E may help reduce menstrual pain by lowering prostaglandins—the inflammatory compounds that drive cramping. In some studies, women reported meaningful pain reduction after taking it around their cycle. A common evidence-based protocol studied: ✨ 400–500 IU vitamin E ✨ Start 5–7 days before your period ✨ Continue through the first few days of bleeding Simple. Affordable. Worth knowing. And if your periods are debilitating, don’t stop at symptom management—painful cycles are not normal and always deserve a deeper workup. 🤍 #BloomWomensHealth #PeriodHealth #PainfulPeriods #HormoneHealth #RootCauseMedicine

This May, in honor of Women’s Health Month, we’re turning awareness into action 🤍 We’re proud to partner with The Boise Period Project to help fight period poverty right here in our community—because no woman should have to choose between basic needs and menstrual care. From May 1st–May 31st, bring new, unopened, unscented period products to our office and be part of something bigger. ✨ Most needed items: • Tampons (any size, unscented) • Regular thin pads only (no super/overnight, unscented) • Individually wrapped cleansing wipes • Reusable menstrual cups + discs As a thank you, every donation = $25 Bloom Bucks to use toward any Bloom treatment. This is how we show up for women—together. Let’s end period poverty. Let’s end the stigma. Period. #WomensHealthMonth #EndPeriodPoverty #BoiseWomen #CommunityCare #BloomWomensHealth

✨ Good things are happening in women’s health—and it’s about time. ✨ For too long, women have been told to “just deal with it” when it comes to hormones, painful periods, fatigue, fertility struggles, postpartum changes, and feeling dismissed in healthcare. But the conversation is changing. 👏 We’re seeing more research, better advocacy, stronger education, and a major shift toward treating women as whole humans—not just symptoms. From hormone health and fertility awareness to postpartum support and personalized care, women are finally being given the attention they deserve. Because women’s health is not niche healthcare—it’s essential healthcare. At Bloom, we’re here for the shift and proud to be part of it. 🌸 Which change in women’s health are you most excited to see? #WomensHealth #HormoneHealth #HolisticWomensHealth #endometriosis #BloomWomensHealth
