Last December we had the privilege of shooting a brand activation in collaboration with @cityeventions and @candycrushsaga in the Windy City 🏙️

This was a multistate recruiting campaign we worked on throughout the summer, filmed across seven factories in Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin. 🌎 The focus was to capture the people, the work environment, and the scale of the operations at Great Northern Corp.
We put employees at the forefront by highlighting authentic teamwork, strong culture, and the human side of manufacturing. By pairing these moments with cinematic visuals of the production process, the final edits became more than traditional recruiting pieces. They provide a real look into what a day at Great Northern Corp. feels like.
The result is a series of videos that shine a light on every Great Northern factory. These videos strengthen their reputation in a competitive hiring market and give job seekers a genuine sense of what it means to be part of the team. 👏

We spent a few days documenting their critical mission, witnessing true resolve in a room of individuals deeply committed to confronting Adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD). ALD is a rare inherited genetic disorder that causes progressive damage to the nervous system and adrenal glands, leading to a range of severe neurological and endocrine symptoms.
