🔥 SUBWISE 2026 🔥 will take place on May 22 at the Vila Štvanice theater.
The second installment of SUBWISE events will offer an international line-up focused on contemporary dub and reggae intertwined with dubstep, including several representatives of the current scene and one of the most important Czech dub sound systems - Pure Energy.
The headliners are German flutist PiyaZawa, who will perform alongside Austrian producer Dubbing Sun, whose latest album Eternal Works was released in early March on the Moonshine Recordings label. Their colleague from the same label, EchoBoy, will provide a solid warm-up, presenting his current productions and remixes, which straddle the boundaries between dubstep, dub, and reggae. Local DJ Blofeld, who is mainly active on the drum and bass scene, has also accepted the invitation and will prepare a special set for this evening, expanding the boundaries between dub and dub techno. After the headliners, DJ Maara Steppa will perform a powerful dance set full of original dubplates from around the world, and there will also be an opening and closing set from Pure Energy DJs.
You can look forward to a unique meditative vibe that will gradually build up into harder UK Steppas Dub during the night, so fans will get the best of these sides of this unique musical style.

Je také organizátorem dvou populárních klubových večerů, Double Trouble a Liquid Flights. Díky své vášni pro cokoli, co se týká drum and bassu, si Blofeld získal respekt mezi DJi a fanoušky liquidu, deepu nebo jungle!
Ať už vystupuje na festivalech, v klubech nebo v rádiu, snaží se přinášet na scénu svěží a inovativní zvuky. Na festivalu si střihne hned 2 sety: pohodový uptempo “výběr z hroznů” liquid funk a když se vám poštěstí být tou dobou ještě vzhůru, možná příjde k chuti jeho labužnická selekce acid dub / dubtechno.

This scene doesn’t grow because of one DJ on a stage. It grows from those random moments on the dancefloor when a track hits perfectly, you look to the side, and some stranger is making the exact same bassface as you. You don’t know each other, but somehow you instantly get it.
