🗻 Last week, our Amsterdam team headed to Austria for our annual winter trip.
Some skied, some snowboarded, and some discovered hidden talents in snowshoe hiking and archery.
To close the trip, we went full competitive mode with team races by level and discipline.
Yes, backwards skiing was involved.
Yes, it got serious.
We celebrated with campfire cheers and long dinners together. The perfect balance of challenge and connection.
Trips like this remind us why we value team spirit just as much as performance.

We turned the night into an immersive mix of collaboration, creativity and just the right amount of chaos, all in true BlockTech spirit.
