This wasn’t my first rodeo with this crew, I already knew everyone’s personalities (and yes, the “youngest is now the tallest” era has officially arrived!). With only a tiny window between getting dressed and heading to the family wedding ⏱️, I came prepared.
I sketched out two family groupings ahead of time ✏️🗒️, staged the seating for perfect spacing 🛋️, and even had a friend pop in to stand in while I dialed in the lighting 💡📷.
Hosting out-of-town family + coordinating formalwear for six = guaranteed chaos 👗 so I planned for late arrivals, too.
