An incredible day celebrating community, culture, and wellness @tangeroutletsphoenix . Hundreds of runners and walkers came together to honor Black History Month while supporting local Black-owned businesses and building something powerful through movement.

Our @blkazrun and the entire Arizona community came together this past Saturday @tangeroutletsphoenix to make history with Arizona’s very first Annual Black History Month 5K Race & Festival 🏁✊🏾
Seeing hundreds of people show up, run together, celebrate together, and honor Black history and culture in such a powerful way meant everything to us. What started as a vision has now become the beginning of a tradition.
We’re incredibly grateful for every runner, volunteer, vendor, sponsor, and supporter who helped bring this event to life. Your energy, presence, and belief in what we’re building made this day truly unforgettable.
We’ve poured so much heart into building this platform so we can create meaningful experiences like this — moments that celebrate Black excellence, community, health, and culture.
And this is only the beginning.
Year 1 was something special, and we’re excited to grow this tradition with you for many years to come.
