On Friday, November 14, it’s finally happening!
We’re opening our exhibition with a vernissage at 6 PM, where we’ll present the results of our project “Jetzt sind wir mal dran!”
Since August 2024, we’ve been working on “Jetzt sind wir mal dran!” — an intersectional cultural project for women and girls from the Tegel Camp.
Our goal: to create spaces of self-determination and empowerment through art and body awareness.
Using trauma-sensible and agile methods, we’ve developed a diverse series of workshops — from research (event + workshop) to self-defense, house-dance, photography, stop-motion film, pottery, and theater.
✨ Come join us! ✨

‼️T3G3L: WTF‼️
Access to the camp is denied to us and other organizations, while millions in public funds are spent on its operation every single day.
The G.R.C. has refused to allow us and other groups inside – despite free spaces within the facility.
This makes it hard to run projects for residents and prevents proper d0cum€ntation of conditions.
According to recent investigations, about €1.2 million in public funds / St€u€rg€ld€r are spent on the site every day.
That raises important questions:
Who profits from the business of fl!ght & m1grat10n?
And why are civil organizations being blocked from improving life on site?
We call for tr@nsparency , access for civic groups, and an end to expl0itat10n in T3G3L.
Follow us to learn more about T3G3L and our ongoing work there.
‼️ T3g3l: WTF ‼️
There is no space for priv@cy or retreat in the T3g3l camp.
R3sidents live in tiny sleeping areas with 6–10 people in bunk beds. Separation between sleeping spaces is only possible with thin partitions. Constant n0ise and stress make it nearly impossible to rest.
The consequences: Exhausted children fall asleep during class. Meanwhile, the schools for the children of the T3g3l Camp “Willkommensschule” are structurally disadvantaged — leading to regular class cancellations.
We demand d1gnified living conditions with priv@cy , and stable educational conditions for children!
Follow us to learn more about T3g3l and our work on site.
TEGEL: WTF - English in the comments
Gew*lt & Angste in Tegel

Dokumentiert wurden u. a. Üb3rgffe gegenüber arabischen und kurdischen Bewohnerinnen durch Secrity-Personal. [taz] /Gewalt-im-Ankunftszentrum-Tegel/!6024533/
