To my dearest clients and lovely friends: It’s been 8 years in this wild, wonderful baking journey. From Whisked, to Eesme, and now Bleum — it’s been a ride filled with growth, tears, joy, and 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 love. I’ve poured my heart into every step, and every cake has meant more to me than I can put into words. That’s why this next part is a little bittersweet: I’ve recently taken on a full-time job, and as a result, Bleum will now be more of a side project. It feels strange even saying that out loud, especially after years of giving it my everything. I think it’ll take me a while to fully come to terms with this shift. Moving forward, I’ll be accepting just 4–5 orders per month, with wedding and engagement cakes as my main priority. As slots are limited, I’d encourage early bookings — especially for peak months like October to December. Current orders 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 be affected, and I’ll still be here, just a little quieter as I find my rhythm in this new chapter. Replies may take a bit longer, and I really appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being a part of Bleum’s journey.
