Kushy’s passing has taught me that healing and grief aren’t linear. Since his transition, I’ve learned to be gentle with myself and to give myself grace through every wave.
Kush was truly a one of kind dog. As much joy and love as he brought into
@blentup and my life, I’ve also realized he brought that same love to everyone lucky enough to know him, and that is a lot of you. He was so popular… lol. Jon and I literally brought him everywhere and anywhere! I’m so glad he left a mark on your hearts. He was so special, intelligent, soulful, and full of heart. He brought pure magic into our lives.
Kushy bear, thank you for all the beautiful memories you gave us, and for the experiences we shared over 15 years. You witnessed me grow from being reckless/unhinged in my early 20s to who I am now. You went along for the ride, never judged me, and loved me for me through it all. Every memory of you, and you yourself, will always live in my heart. It's been a week since you left us, but I miss you every single day. Please keep sending me little love notes from doggy heaven. I love you so, so much. 🙏🏼💕🥹
