banana bread iced latte
the easiest way to keep your iced latte cold, creamy, and never watered down 🙂↔️
ingredients:
banana milk @mooala_koala
1tsp vanilla paste
1tsp maple syrup
dash of cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 shots of espresso
directions:
1. Add banana milk to ice cube tray and let freeze overnight
2. to a glass, add vanilla paste, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. brew the espresso directly over top and stir to combine
3. fill another glass with the banana milk ice cubes and pour the espresso mixture over
4. top off with milk and enjoy!

ingredients:
2-3 rice cakes
1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
2ish dollops of vanilla greek yogurt
1 tsp cocoa powder
directions:
1. brew your coffee and let it cool slightly
2. dip a rice cake into the coffee for a few seconds per side (*if it sits too long, it’ll get soggy)
3. place on a plate and spread over a layer of yogurt, repeat with other rice cake
4. finish with a final layer of yogurt, dust with cocoa, & enjoy

this loaf mattered a little more than usual 🙂↔️🫶
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
½ cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1¼ cups oat flour (or blended oats)
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
Handful of chocolate chips
Optional: sprinkles & vanilla yogurt (used as icing)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mash the bananas, then mix in cottage cheese, eggs, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla.
3. Stir in oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until just combined.
4. Fold in any optional mix-ins.
5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!

sweet, salty, crunchy, and just enough chocolate
ingredients-
6-12 medjool dates
crunchy peanut butter
banana
chocolate (+coconut oil for melting)
flaky sea salt
directions-
1. remove pit from date and mold into cup shape (I used ~1½–2 dates per cup)
2. add a dollop of peanut butter & slice of banana
3. cover with melted chocolate, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt
4. set in the fridge for at least 30mins & enjoy!!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp honey
Extras:
frozen blueberries + granola
Blend everything until smooth. Add frozen blueberries to the bottom of your cup, pour the smoothie over, and finish with granola on top

One pan creamy pasta in 20 minutes!

ingredients:
4-6 pappardelle pasta nests
2 Tbsp olive oil (I used basil flavored from @wearebrightland )
1/2 red onion, chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, sliced
10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup baby spinach
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper
1 2/3 cup bone broth
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup milk
½ cup pasta sauce
Optional: add grilled chicken & parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In a large pan, layer the tagliatelle, cherry tomatoes, onion, spinach, and garlic.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, add pasta sauce, Italian herbs, cream/ milk, and broth.
3. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring a few times (add a bit more broth if it gets too dry)
4. Top with grilled chicken & parm if desired & enjoy!

blueberry french toast for him 🫐
ingredients:
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs honey
1 tbs of vanilla paste
pinch of salt
2-4 large slices of sourdough
toppings: greek yogurt, blueberries, maple syrup
directions
1. whisk all batter ingredients together in dish. lay the bread in the mixture and soak each side for 2 minutes
2. melt some butter in a pan and cook for 2-3 mins each or until the edges are golden brown
3. top with greek yogurt, berries, drizzle of maple syrup & enjoy!!
