The Keychange initiative works towards restructuring the music industry to reach full gender equality. Their programme brings together 44 female and gender‑diverse leaders from 25 countries - out of 255 applicants.
I am honored to have been selected and deeply grateful for the recognition of my work - and my resilience (it took two tries to get through the selection process). 🤓
But the timing is now perfect and I’m really excited to learn more tools and develop sustainable, accessible structures and inclusive projects that strengthen diverse visibility and human connection.
Keychange supports my purpose to keep pushing Metal forward.
To raise the volume of underrepresented stories in Heavy Music even louder. 🤘🏼🌈🖤
