Our people face extra obstacles in solving our personal struggles. Fighting racism, healing trauma, and existing in systems designed to target and harm and lie on us is f*€^ed up.
That’s why our mental health mantra is ‘Free Yo’ Mind.’ Because ain’t NO freedom of the body without freedom of the mind.

At our Atlanta screening, the in-person dialogue that came from the culture-shifting conversation: Black Men Trust Black Women, was that we’re powerful when we walk TOGETHER and have the difficult conversations necessary for Black Liberation.
These moments of collective power allow us to come out stronger when we attack the stigma, violence, and hardships taking place in our community head-on. The conversation continues, and the practice begins. Black Liberation won’t be achieved by just conversations alone. We need ALL OF US to carry this energy in our homes.
