Thank you to everyone for your continued patience and support throughout February. The time dedicated to research and development has allowed me to refine a few key areas of production and take important steps toward improving overall turnaround times.
As of today, production has officially resumed. Orders placed during February are now entering the queue, and I am working through all current orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality each piece requires.
Excited to share that I have started training two additional team members to assist with production and to build a more streamlined and sustainable workflow that reduces turnaround times while preserving the craftsmanship and standard you expect. We’re still in the beginning stages of this process, but this is an important step toward the long term goal.

Thank you all for your support and patience, especially through the holidays.
Over the past few months, I experienced a surge in orders far beyond what I ever anticipated which has extended turnaround times further than expected.
I’m incredibly grateful for the support, and for the customers who have trusted and understood the made to order process, giving me the space to focus on the work without constant check-ins for updates, or pressure.
That said, as a one person operation I’ve realized it’s important to take a step back and improve my process in order to reduce turnaround times while continuing to deliver the quality you expect. For that reason February will be dedicated to research and development, refining workflows and streamlining production to improve the process moving forward without sacrificing the quality required for each piece.
The shop will remain open throughout February; however, any orders placed on or after February 1 will be received but will not enter production until March 1.
Orders placed prior to February 1 remain on track and I want to assure anyone with an existing order that I’m working through the current queue as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality, and tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as orders ship, following the processing times on our Terms & Conditions page. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder as well. If you haven’t received a tracking number yet, don’t worry, your order is still being processed.
During this time, responses to emails and DMs will be limited. For order related updates, please refer to your confirmation email and the Terms & Conditions.
Rest assured, all orders in the current queue will receive a tracking number once shipped.

This was one that took a lot out of me and I knew when I had started filming I wanted to make it the best possible video part that I could produce. I always have felt the turning pro parts are always a staple in skateboarding and fingerboarding and I wanted to do my best to deliver something that people could enjoy watching multiple times.
