Working on more music … feeling more sure about who I am… feeling less sure about who I’m not … it’s not a straight line and that took some time for me to come to terms with if that’s even possible … I’m going to believe it is … the confusion you feel is ok because I’ve been feeling it too .. I hope now that my music is pressed into a piece of wax it lasts a bit longer than a brief interaction on the phone…. and is still around when we come to our senses and unplug the internet … it’s crazy how artists just be dropping great music and it’s just onto the next… I mean it is what it is and the way things have evolved but what does consuming music look like in 100 years? … I think we will go back to real life and AirPods will become a signal of someone who is lost in the sauce like someone who watches too much tv… which is exciting … bye
I feel like when you experience a moment in real life.. and then you see a photo of that moment.. the memory is painted a different colour…it sounds…feels different…it’s like the moment has been fused with this new perspective which overwrites your original experience….that moment is now changed forever and stamped with the essence of the feeling you get when you look at the photo… this is crazy to me as it makes me feel like any expression…photos…music…buildings…language… all influence the whole timeline of reality……….anyway I’m going to stop there because I’m about to get lost in thought..but… I feel like ‘the wave experiment’ is me taking a photo and painting the year 2025 with music…
