One year ago today, we lost our beloved Andrew — a son, a brother, a friend, an artist photographer and a soul who lived with depth, love and intention.
We miss you every single day. Your laughter, your insights, your deep connection to nature, the ocean and the East End. We love you and carry you with us in every day in every wave, every walk through the dunes, and every quiet moment under the sky.
Your beautiful photography lives on — in galleries, in homes, and in hearts. Your friends are working on something special to preserve your legacy and spirit, so the world can continue to experience the beauty you saw and shared so naturally.
Your love of nature and the earth continues to inspire us. You may be gone, but your light is still shining strong in all of us.

Today marks what would of been Andrew “Drew” Blauschild’s 54th birthday. His creative vision, passion for life, and extraordinary friendship are loved and deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Andrew’s legacy as an artist and friend continues to inspire and touch the hearts of many. In his honor the Andrew Blauschild “Making Waves” foundation has been created. This foundation aims to celebrate his memory, nature the creative spirit, and educate and inspire new generation’s of photographers and artist, just as Andrew did throughout his life.
