Upgrading the turbo Ford 300 Inline 6 from a 10” clutch to an 11” McLeod clutch for the M5OD 5-speed swap… but nothing is ever bolt-on 😅
3 of the bolt holes had to be drilled bigger and re-threaded into the flywheel before this clutch would work properly. Took our time using PB Blaster Original Penetrating Oil while drilling and tapping the new threads so we didn’t destroy the bits or damage the flywheel.
One step closer to finally driving this turbocharged Ford 300 with a 5-speed 👀🔥
