No fancy gear needed, just a pair of 5kg dumbbells and a little motivation. ✨ The workout takes about 20–25 minutes (4 circuits, 45 sec work / 15 sec rest per move). This Elle of Sunshine ☀️😉was one of my very first supporters when becoming a coach (years back when I didn’t even know what I was doing) - It reminded me that when something beautiful begins, we often have no idea just how much can come out of it. Tag a friend that is working out at home and needs to save this workout for tomorrow! This is a no-gym-needed, confidence-boosting workout you can do right at home. If stepping into a gym feels intimidating or you’re just starting out, this is perfect for you. The full workout will take about 25–35 minutes depending on how much rest you take. Aim for 45 sec of work with 15 seconds to transition between moves. Take breaks when you need them and try not to rest longer than a minute between circuits. 👉🏼Personally, I love the hip-dominant squat and split squat because they target my hamstrings and glutes more. If you don’t want to emphasize your quads, go for the hip-dominant version with a bit more hinging. But if you want to work your quads, stay more upright and you’ll really feel them kick in. Warm up: • Cat-Cow Stretch & T-Spine Rotation • Walkouts Circuit 1 • A1: Hip-Dominant Squats • A2: Step-to-the-Side Squats • A3: Eccentric Push-Ups (Modification: do them on your knees if needed) • A4: Crunch Variations (one leg, the other leg, then both legs) (Modification: the following slide: table top - heel tap) Circuit 2: • B1: Slow Split Squats • B2: Side-Lying Hip Raises • B3: Side Plank (Modification: keep bottom knee down or hold a side plank) You’ve got this!
