Making donuts has brought me so much peace and quiet joy, so much more when life feels incredibly blurry and unsettled the past months. It's always been more than just a dough for me, hope the warmth came through to you too ☺️

Throwback to Pumpkin Donut pop-up last week at @diggydooscoffee - second time around, still the same expansive and uplifting energy. Very heartwarming to see familiar faces, thank you everyone for the love and curiosity - pretty sure the pumpkins are happy too 🥹 @irennewinataa kindly turned the scattered ideas into lovely ad posts 🤗 Really appreciate you for letting me share the space and platform @paulee @moon_l_js @batako0623 🤗 Life keeps bringing different feelings and experiences everytime I put myself out there, but never one that I regret ☺️🧡

A random dough appreciation post. I've been learning a lot while making these pumpkin donuts for the past year. I had to adjust some mindsets that I used to have relating to my work and standard. Keeping up with the standard all the time is important and I'm sure for both the customers and the creators. At the same time I also believe that there is some space that could be given for adjustments depending on what we're dealing with. Dealing with natural resources means appreciating what and how they wanna show up with or without processing. I had to remind myself several times that they (the pumpkin, flour, eggs, water, etc.) also have their own colours, textures and flavours waiting to be recognised beyond the exact measurements and the way a recipe supposed to be made. Majority will see it as complacency -which is very fair too- but personally I see it from the lens of curiosity ☺️ I wonder how sweet the pumpkin gonna be in this batch, I wonder this time will they wanna be on the vibrant side or maybe a more muted yellow colour? After all it's nature, as much as we're trying to control, I don't think we truly can nor that we should but we can always appreciate them for what they are. As we give life to the resources that we consume, they in return fulfill us with all the goodness that life has to offer. Happy friday everyone ☺️🎃

Super stoked to be given the chance for another Pumpkin Donuts - Sambal collaboration with @gorillasambal.syd ! Bringing some Southeast Asian flavours that we both love with a twist (or two 😉). Hey Everyone!! ☺️ We're taking a short break from doing the weekly Pre-Orders and will be back at the end of April 🍊 In the meantime we're still in the kitchen, testing flavours, rolling the doughs so look forward to some new exciting flavour combos 🫶🏻🧡

First long weekend in 2026, time to pause and rest after pushing in the first 3 months 🙌🏻 Tuesday is another start, but before that we're filling up the shelves at @diggydooscoffee Underground on Easter Monday 🐰🪺 There is a construction going on around the building atm but they're brewing coffee and sharing stories as per usual so see you there!! ☕️🚧 P.S.
