It is hard to put into words how privileged I feel to have competed for the Palm D’Or alongside such an incredibly talented, imaginative, and groundbreaking class of directors. You all inspire and motivate me—and break my brain—in the best of ways. I hope to be film nerds together at festivals till we’re old and our movies make no sense…cheers to you all.
Congratulations to the cast and crew of Tea: you all deserve the world and so much more. The bad news? You’re all stuck with me, and this psycho journey together has just begun.
