Rainy night, but an incredible turnout for an even better cause. Added bonus that all my favorites were there. ❤️ Really grateful to participate and invited to speak at the Simply From The Heart Summer Soirée last night. One thing that stood out to me throughout the evening was how much people are craving spaces that still feel human. Not transactional or performative, but just real people showing up for each other. I think that’s part of why the SFTH mission resonates with me so deeply. Beneath all the noise, complexity, stress, and uncertainty people carry around today… most people just want to feel seen, supported, and a little less alone. Proud to have been part of it. Huge credit to Jackelyn and everyone involved for putting together something genuinely meaningful. 🙏

Had a really interesting conversation with Dr. Paul Skomra about what’s happening in the longevity space right now… and honestly, I think a lot of people feel this without being able to articulate it. People are spending more money in longevity than ever, yet somehow they feel more uncertain than ever too. Because every new lab, every new wearable, every new biohacker online becomes another thing to react to. At a certain point, people stop building a health plan and start chasing reassurance. That’s where things get dangerous. Not because most of these therapies are harmful… but because nobody’s asking a much more important question: “Does this person actually need this right now?” That’s the problem with the industry and the conversation almost nobody in longevity is having publicly. I’ve had people tell me: “I’d rather drop dead than know something is there.” And honestly… I get why people feel that way. A full body MRI can create anxiety. It can lead to more testing. More follow-up. More uncertainty. That’s the argument against it. But the other side of that argument is this: If something is there… it’s there whether you know about it or not. And if there’s an opportunity to catch something early enough to actually do something about it… why wouldn’t you want that chance? That’s really the debate around preventative imaging. Not whether it creates anxiety, but whether knowing early is worth it. For me personally, and for Dr Van Mol, the answer is a resounding yes. #fullbodymri #prenuvo #preventivemedicine #antiaging #peptides

If you can’t describe your longevity plan in 8 words… it’s probably not a good plan. I ask people this all the time and the answers are usually the same: More testing, supplements, protocols, biohacks, optimization, etc. And look-I get it. Most people are trying really hard and want to manage their longevity properly, but at a certain point, you have to ask yourself… Is this actually a plan? Or am I just reacting to every new piece of information, every new biohack, every new thing someone tells me is “the key”? Because those are two very different things. For me, everything changed when I stopped thinking about longevity as a collection of interventions and started thinking about it as a decision-making process. That’s the real game. Not doing more. Making better decisions consistently over time. #antiaging #longevity #healthspan #peptidetherapy #peptides

Starting testosterone too early might make you feel better… but actually make your health worse. That sounds counterintuitive, but we see it all the time. A guy comes in, low energy, not recovering well, just doesn’t feel like himself. Testosterone comes back in the low 300s, so the assumption is pretty obvious. But when you actually step back and look at everything else going on, it tells a different story. In this case, sleep was terrible (four or five hours a night). Stress was high, insulin was elevated, biological age was way ahead of where it should be. At that point, testosterone isn’t really the problem. It’s just reflecting what’s happening underneath. If you jump straight into HRT there, yeah… he probably feels better pretty quickly. But you haven’t fixed anything. You’ve just added something on top of a system that’s already struggling. So instead we slowed it down, fixed sleep, got his metabolic markers in a better place, brought stress down… and then reassessed. That’s the part most people are missing right now. It’s not just what you do, it’s when you do it. #antiaging #peptides #longevity #peptidetherapy #healthspan

Blake walked in and she had her walls up. Fear. Anxiety. Trying to figure it out alone for too long. He didn’t start with data. He listened. You could see it. Her body softened. Shoulders dropped. Guard down. Relief. That’s what Fountain is really about. Sitting across from someone who’s been carrying it alone and showing them they don’t have to anymore. Psychology degree. 15 years building. Father of two. It all led here. Full conversation dropping soon. Follow so you don’t miss it. What have you been trying to figure out on your own?

Everyone on their health journey ends up at the same place. What ends up happening is people are left to figure it out on their own. You get a few different opinions… One doctor says one thing. Another says something slightly different. You read something online that kind of lines up with one of them… And then you just… pick. Whatever “feels” right. Or whoever you trust more. If we’re being honest with ourselves, we’re under-qualified as patients to make this decision and it’s not a real plan. It’s fragmented, it’s reactive, and over time it just creates more uncertainty. That’s the gap nobody is talking about. It’s more than just the health side too - it’s the mental load of constantly having to decide what to do, what to defer, what to ignore all together, and what order to do it all in. What we built is meant to free our clients of that decision burden and anxiety around their health. Instead of you trying to piece everything together… There’s something sitting above it that organizes it. What matters. What happens first. What can wait. So you’re not constantly second guessing every decision and finally feel confident about managing your health. #antiaging #longevity #peptides #healthspan #peptidetherapy

One of the most dangerous phrases you can hear when it comes to your health is “you’re fine.” And it’s not that it’s wrong, but it’s incomplete. The phrase should be “you’re fine… for now” Like this client: on paper, she was “fine.” Nothing crazy: Cholesterol a little off, small finding on imaging, bio age a bit higher than you’d want. Individually, you’d look at all that and say “yeah, nothing urgent”… but that’s the issue. None of the findings really exists on their own. When you step back and look at then together, it’s not random anymore. It’s pointing somewhere. And in this patient’s case, it was clearly trending toward vascular risk. Not today, not tomorrow, but over time? Different story. That’s the gap we keep seeing. We’re really good at looking at things one at a time. Not great at asking what they mean together and how we can REALLY get ahead of health risk. #antiaging #peptidetherapy #peptides #regenerativemedicine #longevity

We’re in a really strange place when it comes to information. On one hand, we have more access than we’ve ever had: anything you want to know is a search away. But at the same time, it’s getting much harder to trust what you’re looking at. It used to feel simpler. You’d Google something and assume you were getting something close to the truth. Now it’s like… you’re mostly seeing whatever was optimized to show up first, whether it’s right or not. The same thing is happening in healthcare. You can take one case, put it in front of multiple specialists, and get completely different opinions. Not because someone’s wrong, but because there are just too many ways to interpret the same situation. So you end up in this spot where you have a lot of information, a lot of input, but no clear way to decide what to actually do with it. That’s the real problem patients are facing, and the problem we’re focused on solving. #antiaging #peptidetherapy #peptides #regenerativemedicine #longevity

There’s a lot of talk right now about how AI is going to fix healthcare. To be fair, AI it’s incredibly good at what it does. It can analyze your labs, summarize your results, and give you a list of things you could do. But that’s not where people are stuck. I ran into this myself. The outputs keep getting better, cleaner, and more refined - but nothing actually changes. I still had the same problem: Too many options. No clear way to decide what to do next. What do I act on now? What do I defer for later? What do I ignore entirely? That’s the gap I’ll die on this hill: more information is not the problem. It’s decision-making. AI alone doesn’t solve that, but the Quantum Longevity Protocol does. #antiaging #peptidetherapy #regenerativemedicine #longevity #peptides

How QLP added years to 3 lives this month: None of these patients had anything “urgent.” One had subtle vascular signals → real risk for stroke and aneurysm. Another had no symptoms → but a clear Alzheimer’s trajectory. Third had “normal labs” → but was trending toward insulin resistance. Individually? Easy to overlook. That’s the problem. Healthcare gives you pieces. Signals. Data. Opinions. But no clear way to decide what actually matters. So things get missed… or acted on too late. QLP changes that. It takes what looks like noise… And turns it into clear decisions: what to act on, what to watch, what to ignore. And as a result patients are able to get decades long head start on managing age related health risk, adding years to health and lifespan. #antiaging #peptidetherapy #longevity #regenerativemedicine #peptides
